Terminal Units

Terminal units are popular choices for heating and cooling interior and perimeter zones. Our fan powered terminal units save energy and costs while allowing multiple different configurations.

Single Duct Terminal Unit

Our Single Duct Terminal Unit features a primary inlet with an integral damper and a discharge plenum sized to fit standard hot water coils. The single duct unit is lined with insulation to provide sound absorption and thermal resistance. Designed for interior zones where no reheat is required. Reheat coils can be added to the discharge plenum for perimeter zone applications or other applications where supplemental reheat may be required.

Dual Duct Terminal Unit

Our Dual Duct Terminal Unit features two primary inlets, one for hot air and one for coil air, each having an integral independent damper. The dual duct unit is lined with insulation to provide sound dampening and thermal resistance. Our Dual Duct Terminal Units are designed for use in interior and exterior zones without the additional costs of reheat coils.

Single Duct Round Terminal Unit

The Single Duct Round Terminal Unit features a primary inlet with an integral damper and a round discharge. This is a basic unit for cooling only temperature control. Designed for use in interior zones where no reheat is required.

Fan Powered Variable Terminal Unit

This unit is essentially a single duct terminal with an integral fan chamber mounted on the side (in parallel) to the primary air stream. The integral fan chamber contains a fan and induction port. The fan does no continuously operate; therefore the primary air chamber and the fan chamber are separated by a back-draft damper to prevent flow of conditioned air into the fan chamber, plenum space and backward rotation of the fan motor.

Standard or Low Profile Design

The low profile units have a low casing height which allows for installation where the standard unit would be too large.

Fan Powered Constant Terminal Unit

This unit features a primary inlet and damper, a fan mounted at the discharge of the unit and an induction port in the wall of the casing. The total air volume delivered by the terminal passes through the primary inlet, the induction port, or a combination of the two, with the total air flow discharging through the fan(s). The Fan Powered Constant Terminal Unit is lined with insulation to provide sound absorption and thermal resistance.

Standard or Low Profile Design

The low profile units have a low casing height which allows for installation where the standard unit would be too large.
